The Group is also a member of Media Union, an international network of like minded recruitment companies.

The Group's strategy is to continue to grow organically and to seek complementary acquisitions of profitable recruitment companies, operating as strong independent brands within the communications market, including the media, publishing, advertising and marketing sectors.
